the contorted law
Now that i have put up the poll let me write about it too...you see the punishments in indian law are so damn stupid, murder is life imprisonment and rape is only SEVEN years. see, according to me there is an excuse for every crime,every crime except rape... there's an excuse for murder which can be sympathised by society (lack of justice,instant anger, constant provocation...)but RAPE???? there is simply no excuse and i really think that a murderer maybe reformed but not a rapist...i mean seriously speaking there should be 7 years jail for murder and lifetime for rape...i mean the law is completely stupid in its approach towards crime...practically speaking a rapist should be hanged but then our law doesn't have the guts to hang many people in the fear of being called uncivilised. they don't even hang the people who have been sentenced to death!!! there are lots of people who are still waiting to be hanged!!!

But dude...dnt u thnk dat a murderer takes smbdy's life and dats nt justified..?? I mean a rapist isn't doing anythn gr8...he 2 is spoilin smbdy's life...bt if a gal is raped..1.U cn hide it frm da society smhw..!!!! and 2.in dose seven years da person gets da thrashin of his life...which is quiet a punishment..
I thnk u hav no rites 2 Finish a human being's...u dnt hav 1 2 rape sm1 eithr...bt dude...endin smbdy's life i thnk is way worse!!
i think lettin a person live with the trauma is worse than killing him...and as i said there is NO excuse for rape..
lol... da f!@#$up is tht.... we indians... as in the judges always tke wrong decisions... givin punishments is anoda issue.... the oda day i read... a man was put in prison for a murder he din commit.... 15yrs o sumtyn in prison for a mistake he din commit... now dis isn't fair!
